HOME VISITS

During Surgery Hours - Telephone 727531

If you are unwell and think you may require a home visit, please ring the above number before 10.30am if possible. Home visits will only be made where the doctor considers that there is a medical need. The doctor may ring back before coming to see you in order to obtain more details, as there may be a more appropriate way of dealing with the problem, such as a direct referral to hospital.

Please note that, if you request a home visit after midday it will be dealt with by whichever of the doctors is the Emergency Doctor for that afternoon.

If you require urgent medical attention outside normal surgery hours, for a problem that will not wait until the surgery is next open, please phone the above number for the Out of Hours GP Service - 'South East Health Limited'.
