Spring Booster

Covid vaccinations will continue to be provided by South Downs Health and Care GP Federation for eligible patients.  They have now moved premises and are operating from 12 Brockrick Close, Hampden Park, Eastbourne, BN22 9NR.

The following patients are eligible for a Spring Booster

• adults aged 75 years and over
• residents in a care home for older adults
• individuals aged 5 years and over who are immunosuppressed
• SDHC will also continue to offer 1st and 2nd dose until June 2023
• SDHC will continue to offer vaccination to healthy 5-11 and 12-17 year olds

Housebound patients will be contacted by the Covid Vaccination Team.  However, housebound patients can call 01323 402530 to book their visit if they wish.
